Acceptance of terms. By accessing globalwealthpreservationindex.org or any associated materials (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Nature of the Site. The Site presents the Global Wealth Preservation Index (GWPI) research framework, the South-South Wealth Corridors (SSWC) framework, and information about the Wealth Continuity Intelligence™ (WCI) platform. As set out in the Disclaimer, this is research and analytical content, not investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.
Permitted use. You may view, reference, and share links to this Site for personal, academic, and professional evaluation purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit the methodology, research papers, platform descriptions, or design of this Site without prior written permission.
Intellectual property. The GWPI and SSWC methodologies, all text, graphics, the GWPI logo, and the underlying research papers are the intellectual property of their author(s). Published research papers are also subject to the terms of their respective publication venues (including SSRN).
No warranty. The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. See the Disclaimer for details specific to data and methodology.
Third-party links. The Site links to third-party resources (including SSRN, LinkedIn, and data providers such as the World Bank and IMF). GWPI is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GWPI, its founder, and affiliated researchers are not liable for any damages arising from use of, or inability to use, this Site.
Changes. These Terms may be updated from time to time as the research programme and platform develop. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
